Healthcare often means juggling phone calls, paper reports and prescriptions saved as photos. With Healix, your appointments, visit notes, lab reports and prescriptions are linked to each visit, so you and your doctor are always looking at the same information.
Booking a doctor online
Tell NORA what you need, in English or Urdu. NORA helps you find a suitable doctor and time at a hospital or clinic that uses Healix, and you confirm the booking. You can cancel or reschedule, and you receive reminders before the visit. Consultations can happen in person or by secure video call, depending on your provider.
Understanding reports and prescriptions
After your visit, NORA can explain terms and units in a lab report, show which values the lab has flagged and clarify prescription instructions. Your data, your consent

Can I use Healix in a medical emergency?
No. Healix is not an emergency service. If you think you or someone else has a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Is my health data shared with AI without my permission?
No. Healix asks for explicit consent before personal or health information is processed by NORA. If you do not consent, you can still use other Healix features, but NORA features will not be available. You can withdraw consent at any time.
How much does Healix cost for patients?
Pricing depends on the hospital or clinic providing your care. During early access, contact your provider or the Healix team for details.
